限制进入出租车市场的各种条件的合理性问题是近年来研究的焦点之一。本文从限制进入的几种方式出发,分析不同方式的合理性。根据我国出租车行业的特点指出,目前出租车市场问题的根源在于没有制定合理的限制进入措施,因而解决问题的重点在于尽快转变服务方式,加大行业内的技术投入,提高司机进入行业的标准,放松对车型的管制,从而提高出租车的服务质量,达到管制目标。
