目前,城镇用地都比较紧张、尤其是县城乡镇征地建房,常常要求紧贴民宅建设新楼而民宅建造不仅未考虑后建楼房基础问题,且自身建造也不很规范。因此,工程设计中常常遇到新建楼房基础与原建筑基础重叠,设计与施工都相当困难,处理不妥会造成工程事故或出现经济纠纷。为此,以某县新建住宅楼与民宅毗邻部位的地基与基础处理方法为例,进行如下讨论。
