不同沸石分子筛载铁催化剂上分解乙炔合成纳米碳管的实验表明 ,催化剂的制备方法直接影响活性组分铁的分散状态和颗粒大小 ,不同沸石分子筛对管状纳米碳材料的形态、管径、石墨化程度有明显的影响 ,实验获得了在不同分子筛载体上合成纳米碳管的最佳条件 .
The experiments on the synthesis of carbon nanotubes by acetylene on different zeolite-supported iron catalysts show that the preparation method of catalyst directly affects the dispersion state and particle size of the active component iron. The morphology, diameter and graphitization of tubular nanocarbon materials by different zeolite molecular sieves are different. The degree has a significant impact on the experimental obtained the best conditions for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes on different molecular sieve carrier.
