研究了94种化合物在高效液相色谱分析中对紫外光波吸收波长的选择,并找出了这些化合物的最大吸收波长和适宜分析波长。化合物的残留分析可选择最大紫外吸收波长;化合物常规定量分析可选择适宜分析波长,它可以简化操作步骤及减少分析时间。
94 compounds were selected for UV absorption wavelength analysis in high performance liquid chromatography, and the maximum absorption wavelength and the appropriate analysis wavelength of these compounds were found out. Residue analysis of the compounds allows selection of the maximum UV absorption wavelength; conventional quantitative analysis of the compounds allows the selection of suitable wavelength analysis, which simplifies the procedure and reduces the analysis time.
