文章通过探讨高新区中的网络主体与网络支撑平台对科技企业孵化网络运营效率的影响机理,以武汉东湖高新区为研究对象,采用模糊评价法,构建出孵化网络运营评价模型,就其网络运营效率的影响因素进行实证研究,揭示其网络主体对于科技企业孵化的影响情况。结果表明东湖高新区网络运营效率基本达到了美国、日本等高新区的水平,在孵企业人力资本水平与孵化成功率存在显著的正相关关系,但内部孵化网络运营效率远低于期望运营效率,而政府组织和中介机构对科技企业孵化网络运营有较显著的支撑作用,金融机构的支撑效率则相对较弱。
The article explores the mechanism of the impact of network entities and network support platforms in the high-tech zone on the operational efficiency of the S&T business incubator network. Using the Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone as the research object, a fuzzy evaluation method is used to construct an evaluation model of the incubation network operation, and its network operation An empirical study of the influencing factors of efficiency reveals the impact of its network entities on the incubation of technology companies. The results show that the network operation efficiency of the East Lake High-tech Zone has basically reached the level of high-tech zones such as the United States and Japan. There is a significant positive correlation between the level of human capital in hatchery companies and the success rate of hatching, but the operating efficiency of the internal incubation network is far lower than the expected operating efficiency. The government organizations and intermediary agencies have a significant supporting role in the operation of the science and technology enterprise incubation network, and the support efficiency of financial institutions is relatively weak.
