Tuning Damper of IFF Antenna on F100 Aircraft In the mid-1960s, IFF antennas mounted on F100 aircraft had experienced cyclic resonance fatigue problems. Antennas are located between airborne quadruple guns, and when four guns shoot at the same time instead of firing and firing at the same time as both training and practical applications, the antenna fails.
