为预测三峡建坝后长江安徽段水位、泥沙变化引起的生态环境改变对血吸虫病传播的影响,作者于1994-1997年对此进行了一系列调查研究和分析论证。结果表明:①三峡建坝后春季部分低洼滩地将提前上水,秋季较高滩地将提前露滩。结合滩地高程分析,建坝后水位变幅似不足以引起钉螺分布范围较大的变化。②泥沙变化将更有利于滩地淤积,支流淤塞,滩地面积进一步增加,将为钉螺扩散提供孳生地,进而可能使钉螺面积增加。③建坝后对较大洪水有削峰作用,从而将减少洪涝灾害,进而减少因洪水而造成钉螺扩散以及人群因抗洪救灾而接触疫水。④水沙时空的变化将会引起人畜上滩活动及滩地开发利用等方面的变化,进而引起人畜感染的变化。本文还针对三峡建坝后长江安徽段水沙特点,结合客观自然条件及未来区域经济发展的要求,提出了对策性防范措施。
In order to predict the impact of changes of ecological environment on the transmission of schistosomiasis caused by water level and sediment change in Anhui section of the Three Gorges after the Three Gorges Dam construction, the author carried out a series of investigations, studies and analyzes on this from 1994 to 1997. The results show that: ①Because of the construction of the Three Gorges, part of the low-lying beach in spring will be brought to water ahead of schedule, and in the autumn, the high-lying beach will be exposed in advance. According to the analysis of the elevation of the beach, the fluctuating amplitude of the water level after dam construction is not enough to cause a large change in the snail distribution. ② Sediment change will be more conducive to the siltation of the beach, tributaries siltation, beach area to further increase, will provide breeding ground for the snail spread, and thus may snail area increased. ③ After the dam has a peak load on larger floods, which will reduce floods, thereby reducing the spread of snails caused by floods as well as flood relief and population contact with floodwaters. ④ Changes in water and sediment space-time will cause changes in the activities of people and livestock on the shoal and on the development and utilization of beach land, which in turn will cause changes in human and animal infections. This article also aims at the characteristics of water and sediment in the Yangtze River after the Three Gorges Dam was built. Combining with the objective and natural conditions and the requirements of regional economic development in the future, countermeasures are put forward.
