目的:研究海绵Spongia sp.的化学成分。方法:对海绵Spongia sp.乙醇提取物进行柱色谱分离,根据各种谱学技术和理化性质研究及GC-MS联机检索确定化合物的结构。结果:从海绵Spongia sp.中分离得到9个化合物,分别为十六碳酰基-1,3,5-三羟基-2-氨基-二十七烷(1),豆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(2),甘油酯(3),谷甾醇(4),胸腺嘧啶(5),柳珊瑚甾醇(6),鲨肝醇(7),尿嘧啶(8)和胸腺嘧啶脱氧核糖苷(9);对其中的甾醇类化合物,经GC-MS联机检索,鉴定了21个甾醇化合物。结论:十六碳酰基-1,3,5-三羟基-2-氨基-二十七烷(1)是1个新的神经酰胺。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of sponge Spongia sp. METHODS: The ethanol extract of sponge Spongia sp. was separated by column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined according to various spectroscopic techniques, physicochemical properties and GC-MS online search. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from sponge Spongia sp.: hexadecanoyl-1,3,5-trihydroxy-2-amino-heptadecane(1), soybean meal-4-ene-3β , 6β-diol (2), glycerol esters (3), sitosterol (4), thymine (5), gibosamol (6), shark liver alcohol (7), uracil (8) and thymine deoxygenation Riboside (9); For the sterol compounds, 21 compounds were identified by online GC-MS search. Conclusion: Hexacarbonyl-1,3,5-trihydroxy-2-amino-heptadecane (1) is a new ceramide.
