本文应用稍加改良的半微量血培养法对50例复发性口疮患者的周血淋巴细胞进行了微核测定,其微核出现率均数为6.3‰。结果表明:此病患者的周血淋巴细胞损伤程度明显地高于正常人,并略高于非痛肝病患者。而远远低于癌症患者。此结果与本病很少恶变的临床表现相符,并与近代关于此病与自身免疫密切相关的观点一致。 In this paper, micronucleus determination was performed on peripheral blood lymphocytes in 50 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers using a slightly modified semi-micro blood culture method. The average frequency of micronuclei was 6.3 ‰. The results showed that the degree of peripheral blood lymphocyte damage in patients with this disease was significantly higher than normal, and slightly higher than non-pain liver disease patients. And far less than cancer patients. This result is consistent with the clinical manifestations of this disease, which are rarely malignant, and is consistent with the modern view that the disease is closely related to autoimmunity.
