AMP-18特异性表达于胃窦黏膜上皮细胞,分子量为18kD。在人体内AMP-18具有促进胃黏膜上皮细胞有丝分裂和迁移的功能,是维持胃黏膜的完整不可或缺的因子,在胃黏膜的保护机制中起到重要作用。AMP-18在正常胃黏膜中高表达,在胃癌和胃腺瘤中表达显著降低甚至缺失;过表达AMP-18能显著促进胃癌细胞凋亡。
AMP-18 is specifically expressed in the antral mucosa epithelial cells with a molecular weight of 18 kD. AMP-18 has the function of promoting mitosis and migration of gastric mucosal epithelial cells in human body and is an integral and integral factor in maintaining gastric mucosa, which plays an important role in the protective mechanism of gastric mucosa. AMP-18 is overexpressed in normal gastric mucosa and significantly decreased or even absent in gastric cancer and gastric adenoma.
