目的:研究染色或硅涂层处理对氧化锆核瓷粉浆涂塑和热压铸两种工艺饰面瓷结合的影响。方法:将制作氧化钇稳定四方相氧化锆(Y-TZP)瓷块分为6组(A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3),其中A1、B1组不处理作为空白对照,A2、B2组染色,A3、B3组表面以摩擦化学法制备硅涂层,随后A1~A3组以粉浆涂塑工艺制备饰面瓷,B1~B3组以热压铸工艺制备饰面瓷,测试各组试件的剪切结合强度和分析断裂模式,测试结果进行统计分析。扫描电镜观察各种表面处理Y-TZP核瓷的微观形态以及典型试件的断裂面形态。结果:不论经过何种表面处理,Y-TZP核瓷与粉浆涂塑法和热压铸法两种工艺饰面瓷之间的剪切强度值均无统计学差异(P>0.01);当以粉浆涂塑法制备饰面瓷时,进行硅涂层处理的Y-TZP核瓷与饰面瓷的剪切强度值高于染色处理和不处理(P<0.01);当以热压铸法制备饰面瓷时,Y-TZP核瓷与饰面瓷的剪切强度值不受表面处理因素影响(P>0.01)。结论:染色和饰面瓷工艺对Y-TZP核瓷与饰面瓷结合强度不造成影响,以粉浆涂塑工艺制备饰面瓷时,硅涂层可提高双层瓷的结合强度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of dyeing or silicon coating on the combination of porcelain and ceramic with zirconia core porcelain paste and hot die-casting. Methods: The yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia (Y-TZP) ceramic blocks were divided into 6 groups (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 and B3) Group A3 and Group B3 were prepared by friction chemical method to prepare silicon coating. Then A1 to A3 were prepared by slip-coating process, and B1-B3 were prepared by hot die-casting process. Each group was tested Shear strength and analysis of the fracture mode, the test results for statistical analysis. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microstructure of Y-TZP core porcelain and the fracture surface morphology of typical specimens. Results: The shear strength values of Y-TZP core-porcelain coated with powder coating and hot-dip casting had no statistical difference (P> 0.01) no matter what kind of surface treatment; The shear strength of Y-TZP core-porcelain and veneer porcelain treated with silicon coating was higher than that of the treated and untreated porcelain when the veneer porcelain was prepared by the slip coating method (P <0.01) When the veneer porcelain, the shear strength of Y-TZP core porcelain and veneer porcelain is not affected by the surface treatment (P> 0.01). Conclusion: Dyeing and veneering porcelain have no effect on the bonding strength of Y-TZP core porcelain and veneer porcelain. Silica coating can improve the bonding strength of double-layer porcelain when veneer porcelain is prepared by slip-coating process.
