统筹区域协调发展战略是当前国内外背景下贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的必要举措。国家通过培育经济增长极,构建经济增长轴线,形成经济增长网络来推动统筹区域协调发展总体战略的实现。新时期统筹区域协调发展的重要举措在于充分发挥市场经济条件下政府的宏观调控作用,加快区域经济开发和发展模式探索与创新,加快统筹区域发展的相关体制机制建设。
The overall planning of regional coordinated development strategy is an essential measure for implementing the scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist society at home and abroad at present. Through the cultivation of economic growth poles, the axis of economic growth, the formation of an economic growth network to promote the coordinated development of co-ordinating the overall development of the region’s strategy. The important measures for coordinated development of the overall planning in the new period are to give full play to the role of the government in macroeconomic regulation and control under market economy, accelerate the exploration and innovation of the mode of regional economic development and development, and speed up the construction of relevant institutional mechanisms for the overall development of the region.
