通过总结分析,构建真空法制取冰浆实验的总体布局,建立了可视化的真空法制取冰浆的实验台,研究了冰浆含冰率的影响因素。通过设置不同的水滴初温与真空罐内初始压力,测定不同初始条件下的冰浆含冰率。实验结果显示:改变水滴初始温度时,含冰率保持不变;初始压力为170Pa时,含冰率为33.33%,初始压力为230Pa时,含冰率为6.01%,初始压力为380Pa时,未生成冰浆。实验表明,在其他外部条件保持一致时,真空罐内的初始压力越小,冰浆的含冰率越高。
Through the summary and analysis, the overall layout of the ice slurry preparation by vacuum method was established, and the visualized vacuum ice method experimental bench was set up to study the influencing factors of ice slurry ice content. By setting different initial droplet temperature and initial pressure in the vacuum tank, ice content of ice slurry under different initial conditions was determined. The experimental results show that the ice content remains the same when the initial temperature of the droplet is changed. When the initial pressure is 170 Pa, the ice content is 33.33%, the initial pressure is 230 Pa, the ice content is 6.01% and the initial pressure is 380 Pa Generate ice slurry. Experiments show that when other external conditions are consistent, the initial pressure in the vacuum tank is smaller, and the ice content of ice slurry is higher.
