系统硬件设计1.系统组成及工作原理传统的电加热炉的温度控制,大多采用位式控制或PID控制,其控制效果差,参数整定不变。为解决此问题,采用模糊控制,其算法简单,软件量大大减少,更易于低档微机实现。实际运行表明,控制效果很好。本系统以电阻炉为被控对象,以S7-300 CPU 314为控制主体,以可控硅调功为执行机构,应用模糊控制原理,实现温度的控制。它同时具有温度的数字显示、自动超温跳闸、断偶报警、温度在线修改等功能。
