教育系统工程是以教育科学为基础理论,采用现代系统的方法及原理对教育领域的各种事务进行研究的一种学科,教育系统工程的特点是可以将研究的事务看成一个系统,将事务的组成当成系统的组成元素,用系统的思维分析各种组成元素之间的联系,从而找出能促进系统发展的方法。本文从教育系统工程视角下,分析了空中乘务专业人才的培养问题及策略。
