以氧化铝作层析柱填料,对类球红细菌类胡萝卜素进行分离纯化,采用石油醚-丙酮(9∶1,V/V)、石油醚-丙酮(7∶3,V/V)分别对样品进行洗脱,得到色素提取液Ⅰ和色素提取液Ⅱ。采用高效液相色谱-电子喷雾离子源质谱法(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)分析类球红细菌类胡萝卜素的组成,其中4个色谱峰得到显著分离,初步鉴定这4个色谱峰对应的组分均属于类胡萝卜素。其中,1号色谱峰和3号色谱峰为同一种组分,即扇贝醇(Pectenol)B,相对分子质量583.4;2号色谱峰和4号色谱峰对应组分依次为葫芦黄素(Cucurbitaxanthin)B,玫红品(Rhodopin),相对分子质量依次为601.3,544.2。
