目的探讨临床药师在糖尿病防治体系中的作用。方法对佛山市顺德区145例注射胰岛素糖尿病患者,采取随机对照的实验方法,进行为期1年的干预,实验组由临床药师、医生、护士组成,对照组由医生和护士组成。结果实验组的患者自我管理水平、用药依从性及低血糖发生率较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);血糖监测频率及胰岛素剂量调整频率显著增加(P<0.01);血糖、血脂控制显著改善(P<0.01);肾功能及BMI指数与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与对照组相比,临床药师参与的团队能够更好地改善注射胰岛素糖尿病患者的行为习惯,减少低血糖的发生,血糖及血脂控制得更好,临床药师在糖尿病的治疗团队里起积极作用。
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods One hundred and seventy-year interventions were performed in 145 patients with insulin-induced diabetes mellitus in Shunde District of Foshan City. The experimental group consisted of clinical pharmacists, doctors and nurses. The control group consisted of doctors and nurses. Results The self-management level, drug compliance and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05); the monitoring frequency of blood glucose and the frequency of insulin dose adjustment were significantly increased (P <0.01); the blood glucose and blood lipids were significantly controlled (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in renal function and BMI between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared to the control group, the team of clinical pharmacists can better improve the behavioral habits of patients with insulin injections, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, better control of blood glucose and blood lipids, clinical pharmacists play an active role in the diabetes treatment team .
