在生产实践中,油菜新收获的种子,特别是在低温阴雨条件下成熟的新鲜种子,往往发芽率甚低,这是由于油菜种子多处于休眠状态,其休眠主要原因是种子尚未完成后熟作用、种皮透气透水性差,这样在选种入库,引种与调运种子吋,就不能凭常规发芽法去淘汰劣种。据此本文试图研究油菜新收种子的休眠情况以及相应的破眠方法,旨在探索出一套简便有效、结果准确的检验方法,以便在短期内弄清待测种子的真实发芽能力。
