针对航空零件制造的质量控制问题,提出了一种基于制造过程工程模型的集成质量控制方法,给出了其功能体系结构和实现步骤。该方法以航空零件制造过程的工程物理模型为基础,综合运用了状态空间建模、统计估计和自动控制等理论和技术。详细研究了该方法中物理模型的建立、误差源的识别、过程的调整、全过程能力的计算、选配度的计算等制造质量控制技术的实现方法,并给出了其软件实现模式,为实现航空零件的低成本、高精度制造质量控制提供了一个新的方法。
Aiming at the quality control of aviation parts manufacturing, an integrated quality control method based on manufacturing process engineering model is proposed, and its functional architecture and implementation steps are given. Based on the engineering physical model of aviation parts manufacturing process, this method comprehensively uses the theory and technology of state space modeling, statistical estimation and automatic control. In this method, the establishment of the physical model, the identification of the error source, the adjustment of the process, the calculation of the whole process capability, the calculation of the matching degree and other methods of manufacturing quality control technology are studied in detail. The software implementation mode is given as Aeroengine parts to achieve low-cost, high-precision manufacturing quality control provides a new method.
