应用免疫组化技术,用CD 30和CD 15单克隆抗体对33例何杰金淋巴瘤(HD)进行标记检测,结果显示,33例HD中CD 30阳性率为78.8%,CD 15阳性率为81.8%,两者之间以及HD各亚型之间阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05),其阳性表达部位均位于R-S细胞浆内。但CD 30除了HD外,还在大细胞间变性淋巴瘤中的大细胞及R-S样细胞等表达。结果提示,用免疫组织化学对HD的诊断、鉴别诊断以及判断肿瘤的组织学来源有一定价值,CD 15的特异性强于CD 30,而CD 30和CD 15的对阳性表达对诊断HD的临床意义更大。
33 cases of Hodgkin ’s lymphoma (HD) were detected by immunohistochemistry and CD30 and CD15 monoclonal antibodies. The positive rate of CD30 in 33 cases was 78.8%, the positive rate of CD 15 was 81.8%. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two subtypes and HD subtypes. The positive expression sites were located in RS cytoplasm. However, in addition to HD, CD 30 also expresses large cells and R-S-like cells in large inter-cell degeneration lymphoma. The results suggest that the use of immunohistochemistry for the diagnosis of HD, differential diagnosis and determine the histological origin of the tumor has a certain value, CD 15 is more specific than CD 30, and CD 30 and CD 15 positive expression of the clinical diagnosis of HD More meaningful.
