承钢含钒铁水在单喷镁脱硫预处理时,脱硫渣较稀,不宜扒除,易回硫。针对其特殊的铁水条件,结合生产实践,通过对主吹流量和给料速度进行优化,平均脱硫率提高了12.38%,堵枪现象得到有效减少;通过在出铁前预先加入适量的钙基脱硫剂,钝化镁利用率提高了8.66%,脱硫渣况得到改善,扒渣效果增强,平均回硫减少0.006%,并且不会影响钒渣质量。
Bearing steel containing vanadium molten single-magnesium desulfurization pretreatment, desulfurization slag more dilute, should not be excluded, easy to return sulfur. According to its special hot metal condition, combined with the production practice, the average desulfurization rate was increased by 12.38% by optimizing the main blow flow rate and feed rate, and the blocking phenomenon was effectively reduced. By adding appropriate amount of calcium-based desulfurization before tapping, Agent, passivation magnesium utilization rate increased by 8.66%, desulfurization slag situation has been improved, slag removal effect increased, the average reduction of sulfur to reduce 0.006%, and will not affect the quality of vanadium slag.
