近年来,我国城市交通建设快速发展;而城市汽车的数量则以更加迅猛的速度攀升。这就导致了交通的拥挤和道路使用不合理现象的加剧。因此,需要应用有效的方法对交通建设进行综合评价,以便获得改进。本文以城市道路交通管理评价体系为中心,运用ELECTRE-Ⅱ方法,对城市交通道路通行进行评价。较之前人的方法,ELECTKE-Ⅱ更为简洁客观;并且在ELECTRE-Ⅰ的基础上对各方案进行了排序。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s urban transport construction; and the number of urban cars at a more rapid rate of climb. This has led to increased congestion and unreasonable road use. Therefore, we need to apply effective methods to comprehensively evaluate the traffic construction in order to obtain improvement. In this paper, the urban road traffic management evaluation system as the center, the use of ELECTRE-Ⅱ method to evaluate the urban traffic access. Compared with previous methods, ELECTKE-Ⅱ is more concise and objective; and the schemes are sorted based on ELECTRE-Ⅰ.
