为制定建筑设计方案,建造低能耗环保建筑,基于生命周期评价(LCA)理论,剖析了住宅建筑相关活动能耗与环境排放的影响因素,提出了建材开采生产、建筑施工、运行、维护以及建筑拆除固体废物处置5个阶段的能耗以及以CO2、SO2、CO、NOx和PM10为代表的环境排放的理论计算模型。该模型可为全面认识中国住宅能耗和污染水平提供理论基础。
Based on LCA theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of energy consumption and environmental emissions related to residential building activities in order to formulate architectural design plans, build low-energy and environmentally-friendly buildings, and put forward suggestions for building materials production, construction, operation, maintenance and construction The energy consumption of dismantling solid waste disposal in five stages and the theoretical calculation model of environmental emissions represented by CO2, SO2, CO, NOx and PM10. The model can provide a theoretical basis for a comprehensive understanding of residential energy consumption and pollution levels in China.
