研究了A、B、C三层不对称铁磁膜,并利用界面重标度方法求解了自旋波的低能量子本征问题,得到了自旋波界面模.数值计算表明,当各层自旋相同时,只要各层的交换作用常数JA、JB、JC相差不大,且层间耦合作用常数JAB、JBC相差不太大时,界面处存在界面模,否则,仅在一界面处出现界面模或在表面出现表面模.若各层自旋不相同,则出现界面模的条件为JASA、JBSB、JCSC之间和层间耦合作用常数JAB、JBC之间都相差不太大.
The asymmetric ferromagnetic films of A, B and C layers were studied. The low energy quantum eigenproblem of spin waves was solved by interface re-scaling method, and the spin-wave interface modes were obtained. Numerical calculations show that when the spin of each layer is the same, the interface modes exist at the interface as long as the exchange interaction constants JA, JB, JC of each layer are not much different and the interaction constants of layers JAB and JBC are not too big. Otherwise, , Interface modes only appear at one interface or surface modes appear on the surface. If the spin of each layer is not the same, then the interface mode appears as JASA, JBSB, JCSC and between layers JAB, JBC are not much difference.
