选择居住在上海地区的118名健康老年人(≥60岁),测定全血硒、红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、血清LPO、血清SOD、血清维生素E、红细胞膜流动性及血清总蛋白。结果表明,上述指标的均值,血硒(μmol/L)1.38±0.33(男),1.35±0.29(女);红细胞GSH—Px(μmolNADPH oxidijed/min/g·Hb)20.82±7.21(男),23.44±6.76(女);血清LPO(mmol/L)6.50±4.59(男),7.85±5.91(女);血清SOD(μg/L)268.3±186.12(男),248.01±171.60(女);红细胞膜流动性P值0.253±0.038(男),0.254±0.031(女);血清维生素E(mg/L)15.30±3.63(男),16.75±5.31(女);血清总蛋白(g/L)78.7±7.0(男),79.7±6.8(女)。将这些指标分别各自为因变量,其余指标为自变量,作逐步回归分析,以F值为1.8作为选择因子的界限,结果,以年龄为因变量,引入LPO,表明年龄和LPO呈正相关,以LPO为因变量,引入年龄和SOD变量,以SOD为因变量,引入LPO和血清总蛋白变量表明LPO和SOD呈负相关。以红细胞膜流动性为因变量,引入SOD和LPO变量,表明LPO上升能损伤膜的功能,使膜P值上升,流动性下降,SOD能降低LPO,保护膜的功能。
A total of 118 healthy elderly people (≥60 years) living in Shanghai were enrolled in this study. Selenium, erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase, serum LPO, serum SOD, serum vitamin E, erythrocyte membrane fluidity and serum total protein . The results showed that the average values of the above indexes were 1.38 ± 0.33 (M) and 1.35 ± 0.29 (M) for blood selenium (μmol / L), 20.82 ± 7.21 (M) for erythrocyte GSH-Px 23.44 ± 6.76 (female), serum LPO (mmol / L) 6.50 ± 4.59 (male), 7.85 ± 5.91 (female), serum SOD (μg / L) 268.3 ± 186.12 (male) and 248.01 ± 171.60 The values of P = 0.253 ± 0.038 (male) and 0.254 ± 0.031 (female), serum vitamin E (mg / L) 15.30 ± 3.63 (male), 16.75 ± 5.31 (female) and total serum protein (g / L) 78.7 ± 7.0 (male), 79.7 ± 6.8 (female). The indicators were independent variables, the other indicators as independent variables, as a stepwise regression analysis to F value of 1.8 as a selection factor, the results of age as a dependent variable, the introduction of LPO, indicating that age and LPO was positively correlated with LPO as the dependent variable, the introduction of age and SOD variables, SOD as the dependent variable, the introduction of LPO and total serum protein variables showed that LPO and SOD was negatively correlated. Taking the erythrocyte membrane fluidity as the dependent variable, the variables of SOD and LPO were introduced, which showed that the increase of LPO could damage the function of the membrane, the P value of the membrane increased, the fluidity decreased and the SOD could reduce the function of LPO and protective membrane.
