研究了涂料组成、涂层厚度、透气性、温度等对聚苯乙烯热解产物通过消失模涂层的传输特性的影响。结果表明 ,硅藻土加入量增加后 ,传输曲线的峰值下降 ,时间缩短。而云母粉则与之相反。涂层厚度增加、透气性下降 ,则传输曲线峰值增加 ,时间延长。探讨了模样热解产物通过涂层的传输行为对消失模铸造铝件针孔的影响。研究发现 ,热解产物传输曲线峰值高、传输时间长 ,有利于减少铝件的针孔
The effects of coating composition, coating thickness, air permeability and temperature on the transmission properties of polystyrene pyrolysis products through the lost foam coating were investigated. The results show that after the addition of diatomite increases, the peak of transmission curve decreases and the time decreases. The mica is the opposite. Coating thickness increases, permeability decreases, the transmission curve increases the peak time longer. The influence of the transfer of the sample pyrolysis products through the coating on the pinhole of the lost foam die casting aluminum was discussed. The study found that the peak pyrolysis product transmission curve, transmission time is long, is conducive to reducing the pinhole aluminum
