1.利用人工接种造成玉米螟产卵高峰,来进行药剂防治试验,这个方法与自然界玉米螟大发生年份相近似,经过试验初步证明,在产卵高峰到来后,即行施用0.5%的666粉剂防治第一代玉米螟幼虫,效果是显著的。2.666粉剂与液剂,防治第一代玉米螟幼虫,如果施药及时,则其药效相差不大。唯粉剂的施药适期,要比液剂的提早一些。最恰当的施粉期,是在田间卵块孵化率达到50%以上的时候。3.用666粉剂防治第一代玉米螟幼虫,施药两次的,其施药期又■及时,它的效果与液剂灌心药防治相比较,几乎是相等。施粉一次其施药日期又恰当,与施粉两次相比较,效果相差不太远。4.本试验只有一年结果,所以只能作为参考。
