评价真难,既要关注信度、效度,体现科学性,又要有可操作性,不能让评价者不堪其重其繁,但评价是一道必须迈过去的坎,再难也要面对。自2008年开始,新时代小学在语文、数学、英语、音乐、体育、美术、自然与信息技术等8个学科实施基于课程标准的教学,积极探索和尝试课程标准的校本化实施。通过7年的研究与实践,学校形成了新的课程实施和教学管理的流程,提升了教师课程执行力,提高了教学有效性。
