1900年 6月17日～20日以“扶清灭洋”为宗旨的义和团大队人马开进北京和天津。随之,俄、日、英、法、德、美、意、奥组成八国联军,入侵中国。 7月沙俄军警于17、18两日在黑龙江一带,制造了屠杀中国居民几千人的“海兰泡事件”和“江东六十四屯惨案”。 8月八国联军进犯北京,清廷公开下令镇压义和团。 9月～11月八国联军在北京大肆掠抢烧杀。 12月俄国马克思主义者的第一份全国性政治报纸《火星报》在德国莱比锡正式创刊。列宁为该报主编。
From June 17 to June 20, 1900, the Yihetuan Regiment Brigade, with the purpose of “helping the Qing and eliminating the sea,” entered Beijing and Tianjin. Subsequently, Russia, Japan, Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Italy and Austria formed the allied forces of the eight nations and invaded China. In July, the Russian and Russian military and police created a “Highland Buban Incident” and a “Khotan 60 Kourtun Massacre” that massacred thousands of Chinese residents on the 17th and 18th of January in Heilongjiang.
