目的介绍纳米银涂层基台的制作方法,探讨应用了具有抗菌功能的基台后,对种植体内段液体中牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)和伴放线放线杆菌(Aa)的抗菌效果。方法选择60颗种植牙,将其中30颗种植牙表面进行纳米银粒涂层,选取30例需种植两颗以上种植体的患者分别安装两种不同的基台,在种植修复完成后3、6和12个月后复诊,对种植体龈沟液进行细菌培养,检测菌落数并计算抗菌率;同时检测牙龈出血指数及菌斑指数,并作分析比较。结果30颗使用了纳米银粒涂层基台的种植牙修复后3、6和12个月,牙龈封闭良好,牙龈出血指数及菌斑指数均降低(P<0.05),对Pg和Aa抗菌率均达到80%以上(P<0.05)。结论纳米银粒涂层的牙种植体基台对牙龈封闭无不利影响,可减少口腔细菌的粘附,维持种植体周的相对无菌环境。
Objective To introduce the preparation method of nano silver coating abutments and to explore the antimicrobial activity of Pg and Aa in the liquid of the implants after the application of the abutments with antibacterial function. effect. Methods 60 dental implants were selected, and 30 dental implants were coated with silver nanoparticles. 30 patients who needed more than two implants were fitted with two different abutments respectively. Results After 30, 6, and 12 months implants of 30 implants with nano-silver coated abutments, the gingiva was well closed, the bleeding index of gingival and plaque index were decreased (P <0.05), and the antibacterial rate of Pg and Aa All above 80% (P <0.05). Conclusion Nano-silver coated dental implants abutment has no adverse effect on gingival closure, can reduce the adhesion of oral bacteria and maintain the relative sterile environment of the implant.
