为分析位置间隙对连铸结晶器位移曲线的影响,借助ADAMS仿真软件,建立机构传动的模型,并在理想状态下仿真出结晶器的位移曲线,以对比各交界处的碰撞力。采用接触碰撞力模型和间隙摩擦力模型来模拟含间隙运动副,依次对机构的各铰接处设置相同大小的间隙量,仿真含间隙的位移曲线,并与理想的曲线对比。结果表明,间隙在机构中的位置不同,所起的作用不同,对曲线的影响状况和程度也不同。
In order to analyze the influence of position gap on the displacement curve of continuous casting mold, ADAMS simulation software was used to establish the model of mechanism transmission. In the ideal state, the displacement curve of mold was simulated to compare the collision force at each junction. The model with contact force and the model with gap friction are used to simulate the kinematic pair with clearance. The same amount of clearance is set at each hinge of the mechanism. The displacement curve with gap is simulated and compared with the ideal curve. The results show that the gap in the body of different positions, played a different role in the curve of the status and extent are also different.
