[目的]对某金属汽车配件生产企业可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行现状评价。[方法]采用工程分析、职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业性健康检查、检查表分析法等方法进行综合分析评价。[结果]该金属汽车配件生产企业危害较大的职业病危害因素包括粉尘、噪声、高温、苯、正己烷、1,2-二氯乙烷等。检测结果显示27.7%的化学毒物检测点、45.4%的粉尘检测点、86.9%的噪声监测点,以及100%的高温检测点超过职业接触限值标准。职业健康检查检出3名职业禁忌人员。[结论]该企业存在化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温危害,其检测结果未达到职业病防治法律法规和相关标准的要求,需要有针对性采取进一步控制措施。
[Objective] To evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards and protective measures that may be produced by a manufacturer of metal auto parts. [Methods] The methods of engineering analysis, occupational health survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination, checklist analysis and other methods were used for comprehensive analysis and appraisal. [Result] The harmful factors of occupational diseases in the manufacturer of metal auto parts include dust, noise, high temperature, benzene, n-hexane, 1,2-dichloroethane and so on. The test results showed that 27.7% of chemical poison detection points, 45.4% of dust detection points, 86.9% of noise monitoring points and 100% of high temperature detection points exceeded the occupational exposure limit standards. Occupational Health Check detected three occupational taboo staff. [Conclusion] The enterprise was endangered by chemical poisons, dust, noise and high temperature. The test results did not meet the requirements of laws and regulations on occupational disease prevention and related standards, and needed further control measures.
