用付里叶变换红外光谱研究了360keVAr~(3+)离子辐照聚碳酸酯薄膜的化学结构变化。氩离子辐照剂量为1.3×10~(12)~6.5×10~(13)离子/cm~2。结果表明,化学降解是聚碳酸酯薄膜主要的结构变化。此外,氩离子辐照也形成了OH基团、新的羰基团和碳化。
The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to study the chemical structure of polycarbonate films irradiated by 360 keVr ~ (3+) ion. Argon ion irradiation dose of 1.3 × 10 ~ (12) ~ 6.5 × 10 ~ (13) ions / cm ~ 2. The results show that chemical degradation is the main structural change of polycarbonate film. In addition, argon ion irradiation also forms OH groups, new carbonyl groups and carbonation.
