对甲亚胺-H分光光度法测定水中硼的实验条件进行了系统的研究。研究及验证结果表明,含硼0.2~2.0mg/L时,精密度为14%~4%,回收率可达100.3%,定性和定量检测限分别为0.22mg/L和0.32mg/L,并具有操作简便,干扰少等优点。
The experimental conditions for the determination of boron in water by azomethine-H spectrophotometry were systematically studied. The results of the research and verification showed that the precision of detection ranged from 14% to 4% for boron 0.2-2.0 mg / L and the recovery rate up to 100.3%. The detection limits were 0.22 mg / L and 0.22 mg / L, respectively 0.32mg / L, and has the advantages of easy operation, less interference and so on.
