针对某烧结厂烧结机台车栏板频繁断裂的问题,采用热-机耦合法,首先利用有限元软件ANSYS建立台车栏板的三维有限元模型,并在此基础上模拟栏板在不同时刻温度作用下各部位的应力变化,并结合栏板材料的金相分析,找出了台车栏板断裂的原因,即栏板结构的安全裕度不大,但不会引起栏板裂纹;栏板材料的石墨面积率仅为0.1左右,球状修正系数为0,基本无球化,这是造成台车栏板断裂的主要原因。
In order to solve the problem of frequently breaking the fender of sintering machine in a sintering plant, a three-dimensional finite element model of the trailing fencing was established by the finite element software ANSYS based on the thermo-mechanical coupling method.
