目的:观察分析射干各有效成分的体外抗病毒药学作用。方法:采用组织细胞培养方法,观察分析射干有效成分对疱疹I、呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨奇16、腺病毒3型、疱疹Ⅱ及腺病毒7型等病毒的对抗作用。结果:经分析发现,除2号和6号外,射干各有效成分均没有毒界线药液,同时对各病毒致细胞病变均有抑制作用,如腺病毒3型和7型、柯萨奇16、呼吸道合胞病毒及疱疹等。结论:除2号和6号以外,射干不同有效成分对各种病毒均具有不同程度的对抗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the antiviral pharmacological effects in vitro of various active ingredients of Shegan. Methods: Tissue cell culture method was used to observe and analyze the antagonistic effects of active components of Shenshegan on viruses such as herpes simplex virus 1, respiratory syncytial virus, coxsackievirus 16, adenovirus 3, herpes Ⅱ and adenovirus 7. Results: The results showed that, except for No.2 and No.6, none of the active ingredients of Shegan was able to inhibit the cytopathic effect of various viruses, such as adenovirus type 3 and type 7, coxsackievirus 16, Respiratory syncytial virus and herpes and so on. Conclusion: In addition to No. 2 and No. 6, the different active ingredients of Shegan have various degrees of antagonism against various viruses.
