我既是一名初中语文教师,又是一名班主任。如何教好语文、把学生的思想教育抓好,达到寓教于乐教的目的,是我面临的难题。我在语文教学实践中采取的办法是设置一本《班级日记》,安排学生轮流值日书写,再在当天的语文课上声情并茂地加以朗读和评价。《班级日记》栏目设计精美,构思精细。首页有班训:“团结、奋斗、勤恳、好学、守纪”和班级口号:“今天我为班级骄傲,明日班级为我自豪”。正文有全班52位学生各自的座右铭、学习上
I am both a junior high school language teacher and a class teacher.
