随着经济的发展,能源短缺问题日益严重,因此,海上风电能由于具有清洁、可再生、不占陆地面积、不存在噪音污染、储量大等优点,逐渐得到人们的关注,本文通过利用1999至2009,共10年的Quik Scat海上风场卫星资料,得到了多年中国毗邻海域平均气候态的年平均风场和各月平均风场,并分析计算得到了对应的风能密度分布,通过对风能密度的分布状况进行分析,概况总结了我国沿海海上风电能储备分布情况,并对中国沿海海上风电能的开发利用提出了对策建议。
