我厂生产的某产品,一个部件是ZG35,另一部件是35CrMnSiA,这就涉及到异种钢的焊接。本文分析了ZG35与35CrMnSiA高强钢焊接性及焊接特点,探讨了焊接ZG35与35CrMnSiA高强钢的焊接方法,设计了匹配合理的焊接参数,并对MIG、MAG焊的熔化效率、熔化速率等概念进行了分析。经验得出：采用MIG、MAG的焊接方法、选用HS—80焊丝,焊接ZG35与35CrMnSiA高强钢,电弧燃烧稳定,焊缝表面成形良好,焊缝金属的综合性能好,提高了焊接生产效率,减少了焊接缺陷,为ZG35与35CrMnS
