我国高等院校普遍缺乏双语教学质量评价指标体系,尤其是教学过程评估缺乏科学的标准。双语教学的目的是培养具有创新思维能力的复合型人才,高校双语教学过程评价中应将学习者认知能力的培养作为评价的主要维度之一,基于此对教学设计、教学实施过程进行考量,从而保证双语教学效果的实现。
China’s institutions of higher learning generally lack of bilingual teaching quality evaluation index system, in particular, lack of scientific evaluation of the teaching process standard. The purpose of bilingual teaching is to cultivate compound talents with innovative thinking ability. In the evaluation of bilingual teaching process in colleges and universities, the training of learners’ cognitive ability should be regarded as one of the main dimensions of evaluation. Based on this, the teaching design and teaching implementation process are considered, So as to ensure bilingual teaching effect.
