上饶梨主产上饶县,是我区著名特产之一,其中上饶早梨闻名中外,相传有270多年的栽培历史。据广信府志特产篇记载:“梨惟玉山清消,颇称甘脆,近来上饶早梨亦佳……”:又康熙甲子年上饶县志土产附篇有云:“梨近人颇多种植……风味虽不及宣城,与玉山清消可相颉顽。”至今该县花厅公社苏家村,田圢公社陈团坂等地,百年以上的老梨树仍不少。
