有些公司十分重视训练职工。他们把职工送到学校里去上课,或派高级职员和有经验的职工开课训练其他人员,或请外界名师前来授课指导等等。但效果总是不尽理想,怎样才能增加训练效果呢?下面介绍几种方法: 避免一网打尽。应根据学员的工作性质和能力授以不同程度的课程,避免简单划一,使学员不知所云,白白浪费时间。有时,可要求上司和属下一起上课,如此可以收到特殊效果。
Some companies attach great importance to training employees. They send their staff to school to attend classes, or send senior staff and experienced staff to start training other people, or ask an outside teacher to come to teach. But the effect is always not ideal, how can we increase the training effect? Here are some ways: Avoid a clean sweep.
