[目的]了解福建省各级各类医疗机构法定传染病疫情网络报告的质量及传染病个案信息报告质量。[方法]2012年1月,对2011年福建省部分医疗机构法定传染病报告管理情况进行调查。[结果]调查各级各类医疗机构254个,2011年机构报告率为97.16%,法定传染病报告及时率为95.66%,一致率为94.41%,完整率为96.95%,准确率为95.97%。TOPSIS法综合评价,全省为0.64,福州、厦门、宁德、莆田、泉州、漳州、龙岩、三明、南平分别为0.37、0.11、0.53、0.37、0.58、0.73、0.94、0.85、0.75。[结论]2011年福建省医疗机构法定传染病报告质量一般,各地区报告质量差异较大。
[Objective] To understand the quality of network of notifiable infectious diseases and the quality of case reports of infectious diseases in all kinds of medical institutions in Fujian Province. [Method] In January 2012, the investigation on the management of notifiable infectious diseases reported in some medical institutions in Fujian Province was conducted. [Results] A total of 254 medical institutions of various levels were investigated. The institutional reporting rate was 97.16% in 2011, the timely reporting rate of legal notifiable diseases was 95.66%, the coincidence rate was 94.41%, the complete rate was 96.95% and the accuracy rate was 95.97%. TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation, the province is 0.64, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Ningde, Putian, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Sanming, Nanping, respectively 0.37,0.11,0.53,0.37,0.58,0.73,0.94,0.85,0.75. [Conclusion] The quality of notifiable infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in Fujian Province was normal in 2011, and the quality of reports in different regions was quite different.
