近几年来,不少单位针对蒸汽供热系统中存在的凝结水回收率低、二次汽未能充分利用、疏水器漏汽等问题进行了研究,并取得了可喜的进展。中国建筑西北设计院根据我国蒸汽供热系统的具体情况,于1980年设计了一种新型高温凝结水加压装置——SAS型疏水加压器。陕西省设备安装公司机械动力站从1980年6月起,先试制了一台样机,后又加工了三台,分别进行了压缩空气的冷态试验、蒸汽的热态试验和工业性试验。工业性试验表明:
In recent years, many units have conducted research on the problems of low recovery of condensed water, insufficient utilization of secondary steam, and leakage of steam traps in steam heating systems, and have made gratifying progress. According to the specific conditions of China’s steam heating system, the China National Building Northwest Design Institute designed a new type of high-temperature condensate pressurizing device—SAS-type hydrophobic pressurizer in 1980. The mechanical power station of Shaanxi Province’s equipment installation company began trial production of a prototype machine in June 1980 and then processed three more.
