在作者已提出的蓄能电站静态效益和动态效益评估模型的基础上,阐述了进行静动态综合效益评估的必要性,并提出了相应的数学模型和算法,编制了计算机软件。对安徽响洪甸混合式抽水蓄能电站的初步分析表明,结果是合理的。
On the basis of the static and dynamic benefit assessment models of the power plant which the author has put forward, the necessity of carrying out the static and dynamic comprehensive benefit assessment is expounded. The corresponding mathematical models and algorithms are put forward and the computer software is compiled. A preliminary analysis of Anhui Xiang Hongdian Hybrid Pumped Storage Power Station shows that the result is reasonable.
