码垛技术是物流自动化技术领域的一门新兴技术。随着生产规模的扩大和自动化水平的提高,国内机器人码垛技术有了前所未有的发展,接近了国外的先进水平。机器人码垛机的柔性、处理能力、可靠性正在不断升级,应用场合在迅速扩大。本文就国家八六三计划项目:MDJ1600H高速码垛机器人的技术特征和技术水平作一介绍。该项目的技术水平为国际先进,填补了国内空白。
Palletizing technology is an emerging technology in the field of logistics automation technology. With the expansion of the scale of production and the improvement of the automation level, the domestic robotic palletizing technology has enjoyed unprecedented development and is close to the advanced level of foreign countries. Robot palletizing machine flexibility, processing power, reliability is constantly escalating, applications are rapidly expanding. This article introduces the technical features and technical level of MDJ1600H high-speed palletizing robot. The project’s technological level for the international advanced, to fill the gaps.
