中国高职教育发展的历程证明,与市场经济融合的姿态、内涵式发展的取向和创业型道路的选择是保证新兴的高职教育正确起步、持续发展、大有作为的三大支柱,其中,走创业型道路是最具价值的选择。考察一批取得初步成效的创业型高职院校的理论探索及其实践案例,不难发现,它们的创业动因虽各有所别,但其共性特征是动力机制的生成均源于内部驱动与外部驱动两个方面。这在现实性的层面上符合“适者生存”的法则,在辩证法的维度上符合内因与外因相互作用的规律。
The course of the development of higher vocational education in China proves that the attitude of integration with the market economy, the orientation of the connotation-oriented development and the choice of the entrepreneurial path are the three pillars to ensure that the emerging higher vocational education starts rightly and continues to develop with great accomplishments. Among them, Road is the most valuable choice. Examining a batch of theoretical explorations and practical cases of a number of entrepreneurial higher vocational colleges that have achieved initial results, it is not difficult to find that although their entrepreneurial motives are different from each other, their common feature is that their motivation mechanism is derived from internal driving and External drive two aspects. This is consistent with the law of “survival of the fittest” on the level of reality and in the dialectical dimension in line with the law of the interaction between internal and external causes.
