为了进一步提高公司财务管理水平,夯实管理基础,不断提升公司管理水平和财务服务水平。根据集团公司财务中心“关于推进企业财务精细化管理的实施意见”和省国资委《关于推进企业财务精细化管理的实施意见》(陕国资评价发[2011]460号)文件的要求,结合炼化公司现行财务运行实际,我们提出了炼化公司财务十化管理方案,具体方案如下。
