高中生责任感培养是我校历时四年多的科研课题。经过四年多的研究与实践,课题已经结题,获2002年上海市教科研二等奖,责任感培养在我校产生了良好的教育效果。情感目标实施的达成度也许不容易量化测评,但是,学校德育活动应该有比较容易操作的载体。作为学校德育工作的抓手,责任感培养的深入实施要求我们在前期课题研究与实践的基础上,把课题成果逐步提升为具有校本特色的德育活动载体。责任感培养六阶段的实施体系就是在这个背景下产生的。实施过程中,我们特别注意处理以下
The training of high school students’ sense of responsibility is a scientific research topic that has lasted more than four years. After more than four years of research and practice, the topic has been completed and won the second prize of Shanghai Education and Scientific Research Award in 2002. The cultivation of responsibility has produced a good educational effect in our school. The achievement of emotional goals may not be easy to quantify, but school moral education activities should have a carrier that is easier to operate.
