环己二酮类(cyclohexanediones,简称CHD)除草剂与芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类(APP)除草剂相似,都被用于阔叶作物中苗后防除一年或多年生禾本科杂草。它们有类似的杂草防除谱,并对杂草有相似的防除特征:叶片黄化,停止生长,几天后,枝尖、叶和根分生组织相继坏死。 环己二酮类也抑制脂肪酸生物合成起始反应的关键酶—乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase,简称ACC酶)。因此,环己二酮类是又一类植物乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂。
Cyclohexanediones (CHDs) Herbicides, similar to APPs, are used to control post-emergent gramineous weeds in broad-leaved crops. They have similar weed control spectrum and similar weed control characteristics: leaf yellowing, stop growing, a few days later, shoots, leaves and root meristem necrosis. Cyclohexanediones are also the key enzyme that inhibits the initial reaction to fatty acid biosynthesis - Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase (ACC). Therefore, cyclohexanediones are another type of plant acetyl CoA carboxylase inhibitor.
